Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. That is typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you describe in a message or enquiry form.

Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs for every request, including the IP address it came from, the page requested and the browser used. These logs exist so the site can be operated and kept secure.

When you submit the enquiry form, our spam-protection provider receives technical signals from your browser in order to confirm the submission came from a person rather than an automated script.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver professional services, and to maintain records required of a licensed CPA firm.

We use technical information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies it can place are set by Calendly, the scheduling tool embedded on our contact page, and only once that embed loads.

If you would rather not load the Calendly embed, you can book using the link that opens the scheduling page in a new tab, or contact us by phone or email instead. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so does not prevent you from using this site.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how many people visit and which pages they read. These tools set cookies in your browser and record a limited technical record of the visit, such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser and device type.

We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not share it for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Neither prevents you from using this site.

Confidentiality of client information

Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is handled in accordance with the professional standards that apply to certified public accountants, including applicable confidentiality rules and Internal Revenue Code requirements governing taxpayer information.

We do not disclose client information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law or professional obligation.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site. Vercel hosts it and handles the requests your browser makes. Resend delivers enquiries from the contact form to our inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile protects that form from automated submissions. Calendly provides the scheduling tool embedded on our contact page.

Each processes information only as needed to deliver its service to us, and each operates under its own privacy terms. We do not sell information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Our typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font network, so displaying this page makes no request to a third party.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and for the period required by professional and legal obligations, then dispose of them securely.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact us using the details below.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
